Description
The “Master of Laws in European Private Law” is a German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is suitable for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Basics Of European Procedural Law And International Private Law, German Legal System, UN Sales Law, Foreign Civil Law Systems, Introduction to the Handling of International Law Cases, German Legal Language, and more.
