The “Bachelor of Science in Geography” is a 6-semester program conducted in German and English. It is also offered as a part-time study, ideal for individuals who wish to balance out their careers, education, and private lives. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Basic Geography, Cartography, Statistics, Geoinformatics, and more. Participants will have the opportunity to diversify their education by undertaking elective modules. The BSc offers students 2 fields of study to choose from - Physical Geography or Anthropogeography. Throughout their studies, participants will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience and key competencies. The program prepares graduates for work in Environmental Protection and Environmental Management, Landscape Maintenance and Planning, City and Village Renewal, Real Estate Industry, Marketing, Tourism, etc. Graduates can also pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
