The “Bachelor of Arts in History” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. It is also offered as a part-time study suitable for individuals who wish to balance out their career, education, and private lives. The curriculum consists of compulsory courses in History and Theories and Methods of Historical Science. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules i.e. Old Story, Medieval History, Early Modern History, 19th Century History, History of Modern Times, Systematic or Regionally Oriented Historical Studies. Throughout their education, participants will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for a successful career. The program prepares graduates for work in Research and Cultural Administrations, Foundations and International Organizations, Culture and Science Journalism, Publishing, Marketing, Cultural Institutions, Tourism, etc.
