The “Bachelor of Arts in Literary Writing” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. It is also available as a part-time study suitable for individuals who wish to combine working and learning. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses divided into 3 core areas - Prose, Poetry, and Scenic Writing. Additionally, participants can tailor their studies to their interests by undertaking elective modules. Throughout their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. The BA is application-oriented and aims to provide them with hands-on experience, professional core competencies, and soft skills needed for a successful career. Graduates are qualified to work as lecturers in literary publishers, publicists and non-fiction authors, lecturers in the field of literary writing and creative writing or pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
