The “Bachelor of Science in Psychology” is a 6-semester program conducted in German. It is also offered as a part-time study, suitable for applicants who wish to further their education without having to pause their careers. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Biological Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, Personality Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology, and more. Additionally, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. Throughout their studies, participants will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience as well as industry-specific skills. The BSc prepares graduates for the challenging environment of the field and qualifies them to assume positions in health care facilities, social services and welfare organizations, educational institutions, institutions of the penal system, etc. They can also pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
