Description
The “Master of Arts in Romance Studies” is a 4-semester program conducted mainly in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Leipzig. The course is also available as a part-time study. Throughout their education, students will focus on Diachrony and Change, System and Structure, Variation and Contact, History and Genre, Culture and Context, Romance Languages in comparison, Cultural Practices and Media in Romania. Additionally, participants can undertake elective modules and personalise their studies. Through various group projects and application-oriented seminars, they’ll acquire language competence, industry-specific skills, and practical relevance. Upon completion of the MA, graduates are prepared to carry out complex tasks and assume leadership positions in Publishing, Print Media, Cultural Institutions, International Organizations, Public Relations, Culture and Education Management, Language Technology and Communication Consulting, etc.
