The “Master of Arts in Talent Research and Competence Development” is a German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is designed for applicants with a relevant Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The course is also available as a part-time study. Throughout their education, students will focus on Quality Assurance and Development, Conception and Evaluation, Talent Promotion and Competence Development, Advisory Occasions, Tasks and Concepts, etc. They can also opt for elective modules and broaden their perspectives. The MA is research-oriented and provides participants with the social, methodological, and analytical skills needed for them to carry out projects on their own. Graduates are prepared to handle complex tasks and assume positions in Training/Coaching/Consulting, Evaluation, Quality Assurance and Development, and Academic Research.
