The state examination program “Teaching at Primary Schools“ is 8 semesters long and taught in German. It is offered as a part-time study as well, suitable for individuals who wish to further their education without having to pause their careers. Throughout their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll focus on elementary school pedagogy and elementary school didactic, Diagnosing, assessing and advising in primary schools, and more. Participants can also personalise their education by taking up elective modules. Through application-oriented seminars, students will acquire didactic, methodological, and social skills as well as hands-on experience needed for day-to-day operations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions in primary schools.
