Description


The teacher training course “Teaching Physics for Special Education“ is a German-taught program with a duration of 10 semesters. Before entering the program, applicants must carry out a 4-week internship in a children's, youth or social institution. Throughout their education, students will acquire sound knowledge in Physics and its sub-areas, Educational Sciences, Didactics, Methodology, Body-Voice Communication, and more. Additionally, they can choose between elective modules and diversify their education. The program is application-oriented and prepares participants for the dynamic working environment and teaches them a holistic approach to challenging situations. Students will acquire hands-on experience, subject-specific skills, and key competencies needed for a successful career. Graduates are qualified to assume teaching positions in Physics at special education institutions.
