The “Bachelor of Arts in West Slavonic Studies” is a 6-semester program taught in German. It is available as a part-time study as well, ideal for applicants who wish to combine working and learning. Throughout their education, students will focus on Polish and Czech Language, Culture, Literature, History, and Society and their neighbouring countries. Students can also choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their education. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, they’ll acquire hands-on experience and industry-specific skills. Additionally, the program promotes the development of soft skills such as teamwork, communication and organisation, moderation, problem-solving, etc. The BA prepares graduates for work in Culture and Science Management, Foundations and International Organizations, Media and Publishing, Cultural Institutions, Foreign Trade and Trade, and Public Relations and Advertising.
