The Master program “Master of Science in Business Education” offered by the University of Mannheim deepens the students` acquired knowledge throughout the bachelor`s degree. Instructional (teaching-related) principles are highlighted strongly, with the goal of providing students with subject- specific understanding of the topic. The aim is for Master`s students to comprehend the connection between empirical instructional analysis, instructional theories and the tasks faced by teachers in a realistic environment. Incorporated in the program, there also classes in Business Administration and Economics and in Business Informatics. Students also have broad – spectrum variety of courses in other subjects available: German Studies, Biology, Political Science and etc. Participants can organize their studies by attending courses in a specific area, in accordance with their interests. Furthermore, students often intern at schools, so as to gain experience. Graduates can teach at schools, but they can also work in education management, human resources management or business development.
