The two-year program “Master of Laws” offered by the University of Mannheim provides an education, aiming to train students to a high standard in both law and business administration and economics. The course of studies is compound of modules, one mandatory in Law and one elective in Law and one in Business Administration or Economics. There is an opportunity in the third semester for studying abroad, or alternatively take up classes in English. For the completion of the program, a Master`s thesis is required. The interdisciplinary character of the curriculum provides no only thorough theoretical education is business and economic law, but it is also structured in correspondence with the labor market requirements. Students can get expertise in either Tax and Accounting or on Human Resources, addressing them both form the legal and business position. Graduates of the program are specifically in demand in positions that combine law with business administration. Based on their specialization graduates work in the field of auditing, HR departments and etc.
