The four-year study program “Bachelor of Fine Arts Teacher Education Gymnasium: Fine Arts” is offered by the State Academy of Fine Arts Karlsruhe in partnership with University of Mannheim. The prospective students of the program have the opportunity to choose a second subject, in which they want to gain expertise. The education on the chosen subjects starts in the third semester of their course of studies. Available for the students is a wide range of subjects - German, French, History, English, Computer Science, Italian, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Spanish and Economics. Future teachers at schools should like engaging with young people and presenting, and describing them the material.
