In the classes participants develop their skills in reasoning and debating, as well as analysing difficult problems. Via interdisciplinary classes, students are helped to cope up with the challenges that come when teaching multicultural groups. The fundamental scientific concepts behind teaching and learning are covered in Education Sciences classes, which are supplemented by practical experiences during the first tutoring sessions. The conventional option for graduates is to work as teachers. But for that, they should also complete a Master of Education.
