The University of Philosophy and Theology Münster offers the licentiate course of study “Theology of Spirituality”. This four-semester, German-taught course is provided to the students as both face-to-face and online learning program. The main purpose of this course is to introduce the students to the basics of Theology and Spirituality. Furthermore, the participants will deepen their understanding in the fields of spirituality history, theories, art, philosophy, spirituality in the modern world and in the Middle Ages, Christian Spirituality, theology of experience and prayer, Jewish spirituality, personal faith, psychology and many others. This postgraduate course can develop the academic degree of the participants into the Lic. Theol. degree. The admission requirements for this course include a Bachelor and Master’s degree in theology, with the results of at least 300 ECTS credit points overall.
