The study program “Master of Arts in Art Therapy” offered at the Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin public university, in cooperation with the Kunsttherapie Berlin, Kolleg für Weiterbildung und Forschung provides a three-year part-time course, taughed on weekend block seminars. This program is mainly targeted towards participants who would like further explore previously hidden emotions and traumaz in order to learn more about their own selves. With the use of different pieces of art participants are encouraged to share their thoughts and feelings which would allow them to gain a better understanding of their own psyche. Besides a Bachelor degree in a related field, participants must be over the age of 25 and have worked at least one full year in social fields.
