The consecutive degree program “Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering” is offered by Westphalian University. It amounts to 4 semesters. Moreover, technical and methodological skills are imparted. In addition, a major in the following fields can be selected: Automation technology, Electronics and communication technology and Energy Technology. Furthermore, 6 individual elective modules are assigned to each of the areas of study. The mandatory modules in theoretical electrical engineering, computer-aided engineering mathematics, control technology II, stochastics and signal processing as well as computer science in system integration are covered as well. Having gained competence in the field, graduates are able to build successful careers in the subfields of electrical engineering.
