Description

The advanced training course “Applied Sports Psychology” is an extra-occupational certificate course provided by the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design with a duration of eight weeks total. The course provides to the participants the necessary knowledge and methodological competence to coach teams and athletes in order to master dealing with pressure to perform correctly and to be able to access top performance. The course is divided into three modules that include the sports psychology concepts, leadership, coaching and mental skills to improve performance.
