Based on the fundamentals of social psychology, the certificate course “Change Management” is offered by the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design. During their study, participants learn about the stereotypes, perceptions and group performances along with exploring suitable solution strategies on how to implement the change process.
