“Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management” is offered by the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design as a distance studied course with a total length of eight semesters or six semesters. The course aim is to expand the business knowledge along with a special know-how in the HR area while qualifying for specialist management positions in companies or public institutions. The participants gain the methodological competence with the practical abilities and after completing the “Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management” graduates will be able to specialize in human resource management, HR consulting, tariff planning, personnel development and more fields of activity.
