Description
With a duration of five semesters the part-time distance learning course “Master of Science in Integrative Urban Rural Development” is provided by the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design. In order to provide the necessary broad-based training that approaches the most diverse interests of the urban rural development, the master degree offers ten fields of competence with included a basic and an advanced course on each. The course explores the fundamental topics of integrative, sustainable, social and cultural development of villages, cities and regions and enables students to form their strong perception, knowledge and skills in order to further act safely as generalists. During their study, participants deepen the comprehension in Social Geography, Technical Infrastructure, Social Sciences, Social Cultures of Life and many various imparted subjects.
