The entirely English-taught study program “Master of Arts in International Management” is offered by the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design with a total length of three semesters. The master degree aims to professionally prepare students for international work in the changing and network markets of the future by focusing on organizational coordination and compulsory modules in management knowledge, intercultural studies, and organizational communication management and trans-professional management in intercultural settings. Participants study subjects such as innovation management, business simulation and controlling, interdisciplinary case studies while the course also provides the opportunity to take an internship to increase the employability and building networks along with the already mastered skills and competencies.
