The distance learning program “Bachelor of Arts in Management of Social Services” is a part-time course offered by the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design with a duration of either six or eight semesters. The bachelor provides to the prospective students a high-quality academic training using the latest communication technology along with the e-learning tools. Throughout the course, participants obtain an overview of basic human resource management tasks, gain a deep insight into the main conflict HR areas and master the ability to recognize operational and strategic issues and independently solve them. “Bachelor of Arts in Management of Social Services” enables students to explore the phases of the operational finance process, understand the corresponding terminology while learning about static and dynamic concepts and how to use them for computational purposes.
