The certificate course “Mediation in the Public Sector” is offered by the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design. The course deals in particular with the meditative processes between citizens and representatives of state or municipal administration. Students obtain important knowledge in definition, terms, principles and special features in mediation in the public sector along with the special features of a mediation process in the public sector, such as phases and design of the process.
