The eight-semester online study course “Bachelor of Arts in Project and Process Management” is provided by the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design. Throughout the course, prospective students acquire various practical skills for instance how to structure and control projects, manage emerging risks, how to coordinate document processes and control process optimization, lead project and process teams, manage conflict resolution and more.
