Description
The continuing education program “Follow me” at YMCA University of Applied Sciences is with a scope of 1 week for a basic course, 4-5 months planning and implementation of a self-designed project, and a reflection weekend as a final seminar. The program is designed as a leadership program for young adults who want to take responsibility in society. The target of this course are young adults aged 20-27 who want to develop further in leadership.
