Description
The continuing education program “Intercultural Coach” at YMCA University of Applied Sciences is with a scope of five 2-to-4-day seminar units in Spangenberg and Kassel. The aim of the training to become an intercultural coach is to impart reflected and at the same time practical intercultural competence to the participants through important background knowledge and practice-oriented pedagogical, sociological and communicative know-how for the integration of immigrants and refugees and for shaping the common life of different cultures in Germany. The course is targeted towards full-time and volunteer workers in the social sector as well as students.
