The continuing education program “Perspective Developer” at YMCA University of Applied Sciences offers certified further training for full-time and volunteer workers to design and moderate change processes in church child and youth work. The course is organized in three levels: Moderation, Process Consulting and Moderation, and Perspective Development. The focus of the training is on the preparation and implementation of learning communities as a structured and spiritual process. Central elements are the understanding of the RbC principles and the moderation and design of collaborative learning processes. Participants are able to design a process for the participating organizations, plants, communities and districts in which they deal creatively and result-oriented with their topics and situations, create concrete action plans and implement the change.
