The degree program “Master of Arts in Transformation Studies: Public Theology and Social Work” at YMCA University of Applied Sciences provides a part-time study course with a duration of five semesters. This degree qualifies future specialists and executives in the social church sector and helps them to develop answers to questions of the future today. During their studies participants will focus on high quality practice and research. The focus is on the following topics: interpretation and decision-making skills, contextualization and dialogue, innovation and entrepreneurship, organization and management, communication and more.
