Medical Law is the area of law that deals with the legal relationships between doctors and patients, as well as among medical staff themselves. The main of objective of Medical Law is to establish the responsibilities of medical professionals and the rights of the patients. Medical law is very important in terms of establishing ethical standards and moral values in healthcare.
