The “Master of Arts in Communication Design” is a four-semester study program offered by the Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Design in Kiel. All courses are extremely practically oriented aiming at delivering the participants experience with real clients. The Muthesius Academy of Art organizes interdisciplinary art and design weekly workshops gaining international students from over 30 countries. The university offers a creative and personal atmosphere with devoted teaching practitioners that share their experience with a group of not more than 20 students each. The course is primarily focused on Editorial Design, Typography, Photography, Interactive Information, Design Concept and Draft, Strategic Communication, Illustration, Language and Shape. The participants are expected to deepen their design knowledge and to develop further their creative practice through seminars, exercises, projects and different internship programs.
