The Master's programme prepares students for senior expert positions in business and administration. During your studies, you will acquire the skills to analyse economic issues and risks from a business and legal perspective and to develop and implement legally sound solutions to economic problems. The basic idea of the degree programme is to focus on risk management in all phases of the life of a company or organisation, strengthening the ability to cooperate with representatives of other disciplines.

As a graduate:in of the degree programme, you will be able to develop sustainable management strategies at the interfaces of business and law in order to avoid risks that threaten the existence of companies or organisations and to develop solution-oriented decision-making proposals in crisis situations. You will also acquire the skills to recognise risks and to act in a legally secure and economically efficient manner. As a "Corporate and Legal Risk Manager:in" you will be able to keep an eye on changes in politics, legislation and markets and take them into account when assessing risks for a company or organisation.

• First degree from a university or university of applied sciences (210 ECTS) and at least 1 year of professional experience.
