The “Master of Science in Food Processing” is a 5-semester program conducted in German. The course is suitable for applicants who wish to gain an academic degree and continue their professional activity. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a main focus on Food Processing, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Bioprocess Engineering, Strategic Management, and more. Students will gain in-depth theoretical knowledge which they’ll learn to implement in practice.
