Description
The “Master of Science in Food Processing” is a 3-semester program conducted in German. It is designed for applicants who have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or in a relevant subject. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses in science, process engineering, food technology, and economics. During their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll have the opportunity to align their studies with their interests by choosing elective modules in Health Aspects of Food Processing and Product Development, Industrial Microbiology, Managerial Decision-Making Instruments, or Risk Management. Graduates are qualified for work in research and development in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, and cosmetic industry.
