Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion” is a 6-semester program conducted in German and English. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses in Health Issues, Health Inequalities, Health Promotion Strategies, Political, legal, and economic frameworks in prevention and health promotion, Prevention areas, and much more. During their education, students will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. They can choose from 3 specialisations and set their career path early on. The fields of study are Health promotion in institutional settings, Health communication, and Health reporting and health protection. Graduates are qualified to pursue a career in prevention agencies such as health insurance funds, consultancy companies, charity organisations, projects, campaigns, umbrella organisations or federal state associations. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
