Judaism is the religion of the Jewish people and it is an ancient monotheistic religion. Jewish Studies involve the religion, philosophy and culture of the Jewish people in their historical context to the present day. Jewish Studies degree programs are a multidisciplinary academic field that teaches a variety of subjects, some of which include Jewish Philosophy, Judaism, Hebrew Prophets, History of Israel, Political Philosophy, Social Psychology, History of Anti-Semitism, History of the Jews: From the Beginning to the Modern State of Israel, Jewish Art and Architecture, Jewish Literature and more.
