RWTH Aachen University offers the six-semester degree program “Bachelor of Science in Materials Science”. With an interdisciplinary curriculum, this course offers a blend of natural science and engineering fundamentals. Throughout their studies, participants will get the chance to explore subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and others. What is more, students will benefit from practical exercises taken in high tech laboratories and workshops. This Bachelor course is different than the others because here students are not allowed to specialize in order to acquire the necessary breadth of the studies. This opportunity, however will be later presented to participants during their Master’s degree. Graduates with a degree in Materials Science will be presented with outstanding career opportunities in industry and namely in research departments, as well as in product or quality management.
