The “Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics” is a dual-study, German-taught program with a duration of 7 semesters. The dual-study concept combines an academic degree with extended practical phases. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Information Technology, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Furthermore, students have the opportunity to personalise their education and choose between elective modules. Throughout their education, students will receive extensive theoretical and practical training and develop soft skills. The BEng is practice-oriented and aims to provide participants with the analytical and methodological skills needed to carry out their own projects. The BEng prepares graduates for work in Mechanical and Plant Engineering, Industry and Consumer Goods sector, Automotive industry, Aerospace, Information and Communications technology, Robotics, Medical technology.
