The “Bachelor of Engineering in Renewable Energy” is a German-taught program with a duration of 7 semesters. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with the main focus on Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Students will acquire in-depth theoretical knowledge and gain practical relevance. They’ll have the opportunity to diversify their education by choosing from the elective modules which the BEng offers. The program is practice- and research-oriented enabling participants to gain hands-on experience and methodological skills. Students have the opportunity to apply for the dual-study format of the program, i.e. in combination with extended practical phases. Graduates are qualified for work in Utility companies, Manufacturers and operators of wind, hydro and solar power systems, Research and development institutions, Automotive industry, Mechanical and plant engineering, and Processing industry.
