Sports Science is an academic discipline that focuses on studying how human bodies behave during exercise and the connection between sports and health promotion. Sports Science deals with complex sports concepts, such as performance diagnostics and training control, and ultimately aims to enhance sportspeople’s abilities by integrating those concepts into their practice. Sports Science studies both competitive sports and general fitness and health.
